Healthy Electrolyte Drink Recipe

Whether you are replentishing fluids from an illness or during exercise, this beats the commercial products hands down.

In a stainless steel or glass drinking container, mix one liter of purified water, 1/2 tsp of unbleached unrefined sea salt and 1 tablespoon of Confectioner’s Sugar (preferably organic). I recommend that you mix the salt and sugar in warm to hot water to dissolve completely, then add ice and water.

Suggestion: subtract one cup of water and add a cup of your favorite organic juice.
