Vitality Health and Wellness is offers dietary analysis as part of the nutritional component of our services. Getting an analysis of the nutrient value of your diet is as simple as submitting a diet log from any three weekdays and one weekend day. The information is then analyzed by computer

using a highly specialized program. For each food in your diet we will determine the all the vitamins and minerals, along with fats, protein, and other critical nutrients, and a 4-day average will be generated. After the analysis is completed, our staff will interpret the results. We will then set up a thirty minute consults to discuss the results of your analysis with you help you to make simple and balanced changes in your diet to directly impact your health.
